Meet Our Team
Dr. Thien Tran
Originally from Vietnam, Thien grew up in a quiet, secluded town. He obtained his B.Sc. from the University of Waterloo and then his DDS degree from Dalhousie University.
Thien’s primary goal is to work with all patients, determining their needs, and formulating a patient-centered treatment plan to maintain and improve oral health. In his free time, Thien enjoys fishing and reading.
Dr. Peter Delean
Dr. Peter Delean has worked as a dentist in Sturgeon Falls since graduating from the prestigious University of Toronto in 1979. He is a G.P. with a special interest in TMJ and Facial Pain. He was the first Canadian dentist to complete training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (Newark), now called Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, in the late 1980’s. In the late 1990’s he completed a full MBA from the University of Ottawa.
In addition to his busy schedule, Dr. Delean is presently the District 3 (Northern Ontario) Council representative for the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO). When not in the office, he loves to sail the Great Lakes, motorcycle across North America, and teach his 11 grandchildren how to play guitar.
